Wander through our charming, historic district, where every corner is brimming with festive activities and eerie excitement for all ages. Get ready for a hauntingly good time in New Bern!

Meet at the corner of Broad & Middle Streets at 9:15am for parade line up!
Bring your preschoolers for a special Halloween treat in Historic Downtown New Bern! We will parade down Middle Street and S. Front Street in our Halloween costumes, and end at Union Point Park for games and refreshments!

Kids & adults of all ages are invited to dress up as a witch, decorate your bicycle with a festive Halloween theme and enjoy a short ride around downtown New Bern!
The ride will begin and end at Union Point Park.
This is a FREE event! Prizes will be awarded for most creative bikes and costume.
