BEARY NOT SO SCARY HALLOWEEN | 4PM - 6PM:
Join the community for downtown Trick or Treating with over 25 downtown businesses participating!
Stroll the streets in costume and support our local merchants as they hand out candy! Remember to dine and shop local this season!
WITCHES RIDE @ 5PM
Kids & adults of all ages are invited to dress up as a witch, decorate your bicycle with a festive Halloween theme and enjoy a short ride around downtown New Bern!
The ride will begin and end at Union Point Park.This is a FREE event! Prizes will be awarded for most creative bikes and costume.
TRICK OR TREAT IN THE PARK | 5:30PM - 8PM:
Join the City of New Bern for a Halloween Party in the Park! This event includes trick or treating, games, food trucks, a costume contest at 6pm, movie at 6:30pm and so much fun!

Dress up and win prizes at our Costume Contest in the park at 6pm!
MOVIE IN THE PARK: WICKED | 6:30PM
Show starts at dusk (6:30pm-ish). Admission is FREE!
Popcorn, candy, sodas, and lots of other goodies available onsite.
Bring your blankets and lawn chairs and join us for a fun evening!
